Circlesquare is Canadian Jeremy Shaw's one man project. He manages to combine a stripped down sound with a distinctly electronic edging to create something incredibly atmospheric. Add to this distinctly personal lyrics, and you've got an album for freezing early mornings and bad news. Melancholy indeed. But in a good way.
